Moving Beyond Fear
If we’re living with uncertainty and troubled by fear thoughts, we can come into the moment and invite our higher power to be there with us, bringing love, comfort and peace to our hearts. We gently acknowledge the presence of the fear thoughts and allow them to pass through our minds without getting caught up in them or increasing stress and tension in our physical bodies.
No matter what’s happening, we can always bring the focus to our heart and let it draw us back to love and peace, to connection with our higher awareness, holding our feelings with total acceptance and compassion. When it’s time to act, we’ll act with more wisdom, clarity and loving kindness. This connection to Universal Love brings us the strength to go on, no matter what lies in the future. We are always guided and supported on our path, if we only center ourselves in that knowing.
